About me

I remember when I about 7 years old I stayed home from school because i was sick, and my mum turned on this show called "queer eye for a straight guy". I remember not knowing what a stylist was but I knew that I wanted to be one. I was completely captivated by how life changing and eye opening these makeover  transformations were. I got so emotional by how something as simple as clothing made someone so overwhelmingly happy. I knew I wanted to change some peoples lives.

At the humble age of around 10 or 11 I started getting more and more consious of my image. I started getting bombarded by magazines, movies and TV. Very quickly social media became bigger and bigger, the un realistic body types, photshop and technology was getting more advanced.

I soon became very un happy with how I couldn't afford cool clothes and how I had no idea how to do my hair and makeup. Then high school happened. I had this horrible boxy fringe that I had since preschool.

Then out of no where beauty gurus, youtubers and fashion bloggers started popping up everywhere. It was like a god send. I was introduced to this whole new world where everything was at my fingertips.

I quickly changed my hair style, I learned how to properly do makeup and I was always up to date with the latest trends. I dont believe looks are everything, but I do believe taking care of yourself and taking pride in your appearance certainly makes you feel more condfident and feel good inside your own skin.

It sounds silly but feeling happy with yourself can lead to new career prospects, help you make new friends and be more productive, because when you look good you feel like you can take on the world.

And thats what I want to do. I want to see that sparkle in peoples eyes thats filled with hope and condfidence.

Trust me I've been doing this since I was styling my Barbie dolls.
